Week 7 - Development meeting

In today's meeting we focused on the main building blocks of the app's structure, in order to understand how we can proceed with the development. During the meeting we faced few dilemmas:

# What is the right technical solution for the after matchmaking between the users?

# Finding opponent – will it be location-based?

# How the user will be inform about new opponent in his area

In the second part of the meeting, we focused on the improvements that need to be done in our current flow:

# How the win\lose will be shown on screen? (numeric or graphic score?)

# Does drooping match is part of our MVP?

# Do we want to provide list of places to play? (an option for B2B model)
